SJW had been looking for almost a year to consolidate our Phoenix offices into one new location that would provide our clients and staff a professional environment that was close to public transit and provide a classroom and meeting space for our next decade.

SJW is thrilled to be recognized as the Non-Profit of the Month, highlighting nearly 40 years of service dedicated to the community. Our commitment to empowering clients facing barriers serves as a beacon of hope to help individuals secure quality employment and achieve self-sufficiency.


Workforce Village Re-Entry Program featured on ABC15
SJW created a new program in 2024 to address a huge need in our community. Televerde Foundation does great work preparing incarcerated women for success upon reentry into our community through their PATHS program. But where do these women go when they don’t have family support upon exiting? Through collaboration with Televerde, the Andre Hosue and SJW, we created the Workforce Villages Re-entry Program.
